Education/Certifications • High School degree • A valid CA driver's license is required • OSHA 10 Certification (If not current, will need to begin *** Training within first 2 weeks)
Experience/Minimum Requirements • Minimum five (5) years of telecommunications/wireless construction experience - preferably small cells, in the ROW • Knowledge of Outside Plant Construction techniques (aerial & underground) for Small Cells and Fiber in the Right of Way • Familiarity with test equipment and techniques for performing RF Sweep and PIM tests, Fiber Optic OTDR/OPL testing • Working knowledge of GO95, NESC, NEC and OSHA standards • Experience with providing leadership and direction to construction / installation crews • Experience managing multiple projects that are at any time in various stages of construction and integration • Knowledge of fiber / copper OSP standards is desirable • Experience with copper splicing and low power over copper is a plus
