Manage a book of small to middle market construction accounts; leading the entire renewal process. Analyze coverages associated with client insurance policies to ensure needs are met. Educate clients on their coverages and risks. Maintain client files with excellent documentation and organization of data. Delegate tasks to assigned assistants & support team, while also managing a steady stream of your own day to day tasks.Who You Are: You have experience working a book with clients in the Construction industry. You balance warmth with efficiency in your professional communications. You enjoy being task-oriented and derive satisfaction from the variety of renewal steps. You are solution oriented, using your strong understanding of coverages and CA markets as you educate clients. You thrive when collaborating with team members and troubleshooting with SME's to serve the best interests of the insured.Qualifications Current Property and Casualty license 3+ years Commercial Lines experience Experience with CA property & casualty Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new systems (EPIC) Understanding of Independent Agency system and Commercial Lines Operations
