Job Details
* Own job-related billing & invoicing processes using QuickBooks Online * Coordinate with insurance carriers and project managers for timely payments * Track and analyze job costing, labor allocation, and profitability * Lead AR collections, monthly close, payroll prep, and financial reporting * Prepare internal audit docs, ensure GAAP and compliance adherence
What You Bring:
* 2+ years in accounting/finance—bonus if in construction/restoration * Expert in QuickBooks Online and job costing best practices * Strong understanding of AR, insurance invoicing, and progress billing * Top-tier organization, Excel, and communication skills * Preferably experienced with lien waivers, AIA billing, or compliance docs
