Job Details Own job-related billing & invoicing processes using QuickBooks Online Coordinate with insurance carriers and project managers for timely payments Track and analyze job costing, labor allocation, and profitability Lead AR collections, monthly close, payroll prep, and financial reporting Prepare internal audit docs, ensure GAAP and compliance adherence
What You Bring:
2+ years in accounting/finance—bonus if in construction/restoration Expert in QuickBooks Online and job costing best practices Strong understanding of AR, insurance invoicing, and progress billing Top-tier organization, Excel, and communication skills Preferably experienced with lien waivers, AIA billing, or compliance docs
