The ideal candidate will support construction projects by providing essential administrative and operational assistance. This role requires strong organizational skills, effective time management, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
*Responsibilities*
* Answer phones * Light filing * Accounts payable coding and entry utilizing Davisware software * Complete letters for the estimating and project management team. * Create purchase orders * Additional responsibilities will be added depending on work load.
*Qualifications*
* Proficiency in computer literacy, including experience with office management software, Excel, Word, and Outlook. * Knowledge of Davisware software a benefit! * Proven time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. * Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for accurate documentation. * Previous experience in a construction administrative or in a similar administrative role is preferred. * Excellent customer support skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally. * A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and teamwork is essential.
