The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will be a highly organized, detail-oriented professional with a strong foundation in construction project management, ideally possessing a degree in construction or a related field. While the candidate may have less than 2 years of hands-on experience in the field, they will demonstrate a strong academic background and a passion for the construction industry. They will possess a keen understanding of construction processes, budgeting, scheduling, and quality control, and be eager to apply their knowledge in a real-world setting.
