Position Summary
We are hiring a Branch Manager to lead our Salt Lake City operation. This is a key leadership role responsible for managing all aspects of branch performance, including sales, rentals, service, safety, and team development. The ideal candidate has a background in the rental equipment industry, strong sales leadership experience, and a proven ability to manage day-to-day operations.
Location: 5495 W Shea Dr., Salt Lake City, UT
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday with flexibility for evenings, weekends, and extended hours as needed
Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience
Key Responsibilities of a Branch Manager
- Oversee daily branch operations, including sales, rentals, dispatch, service, and safety
- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships and drive revenue growth
- Manage branch budgets, P&L, and cost control measures
- Ensure timely and accurate logistics of equipment delivery, service, and returns
- Maintain company assets including fleet, inventory, and facilities
- Implement strategies to grow market share in the region
- Enforce all safety protocols and ensure compliance with company standards
- Collaborate with senior leadership and attend quarterly leadership meetings
What You'll Bring as Branch Manager
- 5-8 years of experience in equipment rentals, pump solutions, or construction equipment industry
- 3+ years of experience in branch or operations management
- 2+ years of sales or account management experience
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business operations systems
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in outdoor/industrial environments
