Branch Manager - Pump Equipment Rentals Location: 5495 W Shea Dr. Salt Lake City, UT Pay: Competitive salary Depending on Experience Schedule: Full-time | Monday-Friday with flexibility for evenings, weekends, and extended hours as business or project needs arise Who We Are At Capital Pump & Equipment (CPE), we specialize in moving water efficiently and reliably. Our team is known for delivering high-quality service, innovative equipment, and unmatched expertise to keep job sites running smoothly. The Role We're looking for a hands-on leader to run our Tucson branch. As Branch Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing operations, managing your team, hitting financial targets, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. This is a role for someone who leads from the front, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes ownership of results. What You'll Do Manage day-to-day branch operations including sales, service, staffing, equipment logistics, and safety
Develop and lead a high-performing team, from hiring and training to daily mentorship and performance reviews
Drive branch profitability by managing budgets, analyzing financial reports, and controlling costs
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal teams
Implement sales and service strategies to grow market share in the region
Monitor and maintain company assets including fleet, inventory, and facilities
Ensure all safety protocols, job site regulations, and company policies are followed
Collaborate with senior leadership and contribute to company-wide goals
Attend quarterly leadership meetings and travel to HQ as needed to align on company initiatives

What You'll Need 5-8 years of experience in the pump, rental, or construction equipment industry
3+ years of management or leadership experience
High school diploma or GED required, bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Comfort using Microsoft Office and internal systems
Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in outdoor/industrial environments
