What You’ll Do Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications Measure, cut, assemble, and install wood, metal, or other materials to exact specifications Operate hand tools, power tools, and woodworking/construction machinery safely and efficiently Maintain high quality standards on all builds and installations Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget Follow safety procedures and keep a clean, organized work area

Work Experience What We’re Looking For Experience in carpentry, cabinetry, or general construction (or the ability to be trained) Ability to read and follow technical drawings or plans Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet for extended periods Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented attitude Valid driver’s license preferred
