Key Responsibilities: Supervise field staff, subcontractors, and suppliers to keep the project on track Develop and manage project schedules to meet deadlines Ensure compliance with safety regulations and conduct regular safety meetings Monitor quality control and resolve any issues promptly Provide clear communication and regular progress reports to the Project Manager
Requirements: Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent Strong leadership and communication skills Deep knowledge of construction processes, safety protocols, and quality control standards
