About the Role:
We’re hiring a Superintendent to manage field operations for large-scale commercial construction projects in the Dallas market. You’ll coordinate trades, maintain jobsite safety, and ensure quality execution from groundbreaking through closeout — all while being supported by top-tier leadership and resources.

What You'll Do:
  • Supervise daily field operations for commercial ground-up builds
  • Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and logistics
  • Monitor and enforce safety, scheduling, quality, and production
  • Lead site meetings, maintain project documentation, and drive accountability
  • Collaborate with PMs, AEs, and inspectors for seamless execution
  • Uphold OSHA and company safety standards
What We’re Looking For:
  • 5+ years of experience with a commercial general contractor
  • Successful history managing field operations on large-scale commercial jobs
  • Familiar with subcontractor scopes, field sequencing, and site logistics
  • Tech-savvy: Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project
  • OSHA 30 preferred – safety is second nature
  • Natural leader with strong communication and problem-solving skills
