Job Description Estimate construction costs for commercial ground-up projects. Prepare detailed project budgets and timelines. Collaborate with project management teams to ensure cost-effectiveness. Analyze project risks and provide strategic solutions. Interpret project plans and specifications. Conduct site visits and gather all necessary data for accurate estimation. Maintain relationships with suppliers and contractors for optimum cost efficiency. Prepare and present detailed reports to stakeholders. A successful Commercial Ground Up Construction Estimator should have: Proven experience in construction estimation, particularly in commercial projects. Strong understanding of construction processes and industry trends. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively with different departments.
