Construction Administrator to track construction progress, preparing weekly field reports, attend OAC meetings, and coordinate with contractors, clients, and company headquarters during the building process.

Required:

  • Qualified candidates will have 3-5 years of commercial construction inspection/management experience
  • B.S. in construction management, architecture, or a combination of higher education and related work experience
  • A fundamental understanding of engineering systems/approaches and construction processes, they must be detail-oriented and customer service-driven.

Job Duties:

  • The primary duties will include weekly site visits to track construction progress, preparing weekly field reports, attending OAC meetings, and coordinating with contractors, clients, and company headquarters during the building process.
  • They will review and respond to RFIs and shop drawings, approve pay requests, process change orders, and coordinate with design staff and the contractor to resolve issues that occur in the field.
  • They will conduct punch list observations, write letters of substantial completion, collect close-out documents, and assist the owner with warranty items that may occur.

Salary:

$60k - $65Kyr. base salary - Total comp: $80k/yr. - $90k/yr.
