Job Description

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing project tasks under the guidance of the Project Manager
• Track schedules, budgets, and deliverables to ensure alignment with project goals
• Prepare documentation, meeting notes, and status reports for stakeholders
• Coordinate communication between internal teams, vendors, and clients
• Help manage project risks, issues, and changes
• Support procurement, resource planning, and contract administration as needed

The Successful Applicant

• 1-3 years of experience in a project coordination or assistant project management role
• Strong attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello)
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a deadline-driven environment
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Engineering, Construction Management)
• Eagerness to learn and grow into a full project management role over time
