Job Description

Assist with all phases of project delivery: pre-construction, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and close-out. Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, clients, and internal teams on RFIs, submittals, change orders, and meeting minutes. Track budgets, manage project documentation, monitor timelines, and update stakeholders on progress and risks. Visit job sites regularly to assist with quality control, safety compliance, and coordination under supervision of PM or Superintendent.

The Successful Applicant

Typically 1-3 years of construction coordination or APM experience in NYC, focusing on tenant improvements, commercial interiors, or ground-up work. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred. Strong organizational skills, technical aptitude (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, etc.), and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Highly motivated, detail-oriented, coachable, and capable of working in a fast-paced team environment with high-pressure timelines.
