Job Description

• Assist with project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and meeting minutes.
• Support project scheduling, budgeting, and procurement processes.
• Communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to coordinate project logistics.
• Help track progress, manage punch lists, and ensure compliance with plans and specifications.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate has 1-3 years of experience in construction or a related field, preferably in NYC, with a degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture. They are detail-oriented, eager to learn, and possess strong organizational and communication skills.
