Construction Coordinator

We are seeking a reliable and motivated individual to oversee and manage delivery coordination and access control on a retail construction site with eight stores under construction. This role involves scheduling deliveries, directing delivery traffic, monitoring contractor and employee parking, and coordinating with multiple contractors and sub-contractors daily.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and manage deliveries to the construction site.
• Direct and control delivery traffic efficiently.
• Monitor and oversee contractor and employee parking.
• Coordinate daily activities with various contractors and sub-contractors.
• Ensure smooth operation and communication across all parties involved in the construction process.

Essential Skills

• Expertise in construction and construction management.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and construction documents.
• Experience in project coordinating and project management.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Self-starter with strong communication and people skills.
• Basic computer and email skills, scheduling software experience a plus.
• Previous commercial construction, forklift operation, coordination, or logistics experience preferred.
• Ability to maintain professionalism and composure under pressure.
• Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
• Military, law enforcement, or security experience preferred with a command presence.
• High school diploma or GED required.

This is a Contract position based out of Brea, California.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $24.00/hr.
