Our client, a leader in the technology industry, is seeking a Construction Environmental Compliance Lead to join their team. As a Construction Environmental Compliance Lead, you will be part of the Cloud Infrastructure Environmental Compliance team supporting the construction of Data Centers. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Redmond, WA - fully remote, East coast/EST based preferred.
Pay Range: $66.16 - $70/hr on W2 Experis
Responsibilities:
Manage environmental permit implementation and compliance during construction until turnover to operations.
Oversee field inspections and coordinate with environmental consultants to ensure compliance with regulations.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve compliance goals.
Develop and submit required reports and inspections to relevant authorities.
Identify and mitigate environmental compliance issues during the construction phase.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Environmental, Civil, or Chemical Engineering, Environmental Science, or equivalent.
5+ years of experience in environmental permitting or compliance in the United States.
Strong knowledge of environmental regulations, including the Clean Water Act.
Proven project management skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Must Have: 5+ years of environmental permitting or compliance and approvals experience in America, including management of environmental impact assessments, permits, and ecological surveys.
5+ years of program and project management experience in America, including permit timeline development, cross-disciplinary coordination, contracting, and leading consultant teams.
Experience with mission-critical facilities or large-scale construction projects.
