POSITION: Mid-Level Estimator

Duration: Permanent, direct hire Location: Charlotte, NC 28217 Working Schedule: 8am-5pm Monday-Friday, on-site PAY: $70- 100k JOB DESCRIPTION Our client is seeking a Mid-Level Estimator to support multi-family home construction projects in the Charlotte region. The Estimator will work closely with the Director of Preconstruction and collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate and timely cost estimates. Prepare quantity takeoffs and cost estimates for multi-family residential construction projects. Review architectural and engineering drawings to determine scope and pricing. Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotes. Assist in preparing bid proposals and supporting documentation. Maintain cost databases and historical pricing records. Participate in internal project meetings and support preconstruction planning. Coordinate with the Director of Preconstruction to align estimates with project goals and timelines. REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE 2-5 years of experience as an estimator on commercial or multifamily construction projects Affordable housing, Student housing, Senior living, Hotels, Apartments, Condos. No Duplexes or independent townhouses, or luxury residential homes Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite. NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Experience working on multi-family home projects
