Responsibilities: Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for construction projects Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies Analyze project costs and recommend cost-saving strategies Collaborate with project managers and executives to provide financial insights Prepare financial reports and present findings to stakeholders Monitor cash flow and manage financial risks Optimize financial processes and improve reporting efficiencies Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field 5+ years of experience in finance, preferably within the construction industry Strong understanding of project-based accounting principles Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Experience with financial software and ERP systems CPA or CFA certification is a plus
