*Primary Responsibilities and Function* * Supervises workers assigned to crew * Competency in general construction trades * Ensure safety of all workers on jobsite * Maintains a high standard of work ethic * Ensures a high standard of quality * Must have reliable transportation * Communicate with clients
*Knowledge and Skills* * Attention to detail and high quality of workmanship * Ability to travel for work as needed * Communicate effectively with management
*Physical Demand* * Extensive standing, walking, stooping, handling and grasping with repetitive motions. * Lifting 50 LBS or greater * Ability to work in extreme temperatures
*Required Experience* * Concrete Restoration/Waterproofing/Tuckpointing: 3 Years Minimum * Construction: 5 Years Minimum
