Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Foreman to lead on-site operations for our asphalt and concrete projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in construction management, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to safety and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities Oversee and coordinate construction projects on-site to ensure timely and quality completion. Manage and supervise team members, including laborers and subcontractors, to maintain safety standards. Communicate effectively with clients and management to report progress and resolve issues. Ensure proper use, maintenance, and care of construction equipment. Implement project plans and schedules, adjusting as needed to meet deadlines.
Qualifications 3–5 years of experience as a foreman or similar leadership role in the construction industry (asphalt and concrete experience strongly preferred). Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Commitment to maintaining high safety standards.
