Position Summary

This position will work on a variety of Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) projects in the Denver area.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

•Administration of Owner Directed Testing

•Manage internal construction auditors

•Review all construction QC documentation for completeness and accuracy

•Prepare QA/QC reports

•Verify and provide confidence that the construction work meets all the contractual requirements

•Manage construction inspections

•Implement quality planning

•Oversee quality assurance testing and inspections

•Coordinating with the City and County of Denver's verification testing and inspections, and construction independent assurance tests

•Available on-site during construction and will not be assigned any other duties or responsibilities

•Ensure all processes set forth in the Construction Quality Management Program are adhered to by the construction team

•Orientation training of CQMP

•Develop and manage inspection and testing plan

•Implement measuring and test equipment control plan

•Personnel qualification verification

•Personnel selection

•Stop Work Authority

Requirements

Education and/or Experience

•Prior experience in quality control or quality assurance inspection or management experience preferred.

•5+ years experience in construction inspection and/or installation of baggage handling systems

•ACI Concrete Field Testing Tech Grade 1

•Preferred certifications: AWS Certified Welding Inspector

This is a full-time position with a base salary that ranges between $74,880 - $83,200 per year. In addition to salary, you are eligible for equity and a competitive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401k, and PTO.
