Position: Panel Assembly/Construction Labor

Shift: 1st 5am-3:30pm

Pay $19-21/hr

Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, schematics, bills of material, and work orders to determine component layout and assembly sequence.
Lay out backplanes and mount electrical components such as PLCs, relays, breakers, terminal blocks, VFDs, busbars, and controls per specification.
Complete point?to?point wiring: cut, strip, label, crimp, and terminate wires per schematics and UL standards.
Operate basic fabrication tools: drill, tap, grind, deburr, and modify enclosures or back panels as needed.
Perform testing and verification of assembled panels for continuity and proper functionality, recording results or red?lining documentation.
Keep accurate production logs, track work orders, and report component shortages or engineering changes.
Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow 5S procedures as well as safety and PPE standards at all times.
Collaborate with engineering and production staff to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
