Construction Litigation Associate

Our client, a well-established law firm with over years of experience, is in search of multiple Construction Litigation Associates to join their expanding construction litigation team. These positions are located in their Manhattan office with the option for a flexible remote work schedule.
We are seeking both junior and senior associates with diverse backgrounds in construction/NYS Labor Law defense and construction defect/property damage practice areas. Candidates should have experience with depositions and court proceedings, and any knowledge of insurance coverage/risk will be a bonus.
Educational/Experience Requirements JD degree required with strong academic background.
New York Bar admission necessary. New Jersey Bar membership is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must.
Strong professional judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Ability to communicate effectively with clients both internally and externally.
Proactive, resourceful, and a strong work ethic. The salary for this position ranges from $, to $, with excellent benefits. Compensation will be based on the candidates qualifications and experience.
