The following information provides an overview of the skills, qualities, and qualifications needed for this role. We are seeking a skilled Construction Engineering and Inspection (CEI) Manager to monitor and document construction activities across various project sites. This role requires hands-on fieldwork and a strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in at least two of the following inspection categories: Roadway, Bridges, Drainage, Erosion & Control, or Maintenance & Traffic. Qualifications 6-10 years of experience in roadway and/or bridge inspection Proficiency in at least 2 of the 5 inspection categories: Roadway, Bridges, Drainage, Erosion & Control, Maintenance & Traffic Actively holds an NCDOT certification
