We're looking for a Construction Project Manager who brings craftsmanship, communication, and coordination together into one seamless project experience-for our clients and our team. What You'll Do: As Project Manager, you'll be the critical link between design vision and build reality. You'll lead the construction process from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring every detail reflects our high standards. Own the construction process from project hand-off through punch list and final walk-through. Review plans, contracts, specs, and budgets; build accurate construction schedules. Lead field operations-managing subcontractors, jobsite progress, safety, and quality. Communicate proactively with clients to build trust, clarify expectations, and resolve issues. Monitor materials and procurement timelines to keep projects moving and on budget. Handle change orders, RFIs, submittals, and documentation with accuracy and care. Support weekly production meetings, mentor field staff, and maintain alignment across stakeholders. What You Bring: 7+ years of experience in residential remodeling or design-build construction . Strong knowledge of construction documents, project workflows, codes, and sequencing. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, MS Project, and ability to read CAD drawings. A proven track record of building positive client relationships and high-performance teams . Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or related field (or equivalent experience). Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for site visits and vendor coordination. Bonus points for LEED AP or sustainable construction experience.
