Position Overview: We are seeking a Construction Project Coordinator to support our project management team with scheduling, documentation, vendor coordination, and on-site logistics. This role is essential to keeping our projects organized, on track, and running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist Project Managers with day-to-day operations and project tracking
Coordinate schedules, subcontractors, and materials delivery
Maintain project documentation (RFIs, submittals, change orders, etc.)
Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal teams
Track budgets, timelines, and project milestones
Help ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in construction coordination or project support
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Procore or similar software is a plus
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Bilingual (English/Spanish) but not required
