The Projects: With over 1,400 completed projects to date, our client has delivered more than 3 million sq. ft. of tilt-up industrial facilities, distribution centers, and manufacturing plants, along with 7 million sq. ft. of high-quality interior buildouts. Their work ranges from large-scale warehouses and logistics hubs to specialized industrial plants and high-end commercial showrooms.

The Role: Our client is seeking an experienced Project Executive to lead the delivery of large-scale industrial construction projects from concept to completion. In this senior leadership role, you will oversee multiple project teams, ensuring industrial facilities are built to the highest quality standards, on schedule, and within budget. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of commercial construction management experience, with a strong track record in tilt-up and industrial projects. They will also have the capacity to prepare estimates, and contribute to business development.
