Job Description
Manage all phases of healthcare construction projects, including planning, budgeting, and execution. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met. Monitor project schedules and budgets, making adjustments as needed to meet deadlines and cost constraints. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout the construction process. Lead regular project meetings to communicate progress, address challenges, and align on project goals. Review and approve project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and change orders. Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met or exceeded. Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Construction Project Manager - Healthcare should have:
- A strong background in healthcare construction project management.
- Proficiency in construction software and project management tools.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
- A commitment to safety, quality, and meeting project deadlines.
- A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
