Job Description

Manage day-to-day operations on active public sector projects. Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and union trades. Oversee project schedules using P6/MS Project. Ensure compliance with NYC codes and agency protocols. Drive projects from preconstruction through closeout.

The Successful Applicant

3-5+ years managing public sector construction projects (SCA, DDC, MTA, etc.). Strong communication and leadership skills. Proficient in Primavera P6, MS Project, AutoCAD, Bluebeam. Holds valid 62-hr Site Safety Supervisor certification. Bachelor's in CM, Civil/Mechanical Engineering preferred.
