We are seeking a Construction Project Manager to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.

Responsibilities:


  • Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning and permitting through procurement and implementation
  • Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
  • Interface with Inspectors, Contractors, Architects, Engineers, Agencies, Stakeholder, and Clients
  • Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
Qualifications:


  • Minimum 8yrs of experience in the Construction industry; three (3) of the seven (8) should have responsibility in coordinating public works projects
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
