We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager with a strong background in project scheduling to lead large-scale commercial construction efforts. The ideal candidate will be highly proficient in Primavera P6, with expertise in delay analysis, managing lead times, and maintaining project timelines from pre-construction through closeout.

Responsibilities:

Develop, maintain, and update detailed construction schedules using Primavera P6.

Analyze project progress, identify potential delays, and recommend corrective actions.

Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure adherence to timelines.

Prepare and present schedule impact assessments and delay analyses.

Monitor procurement and lead times for critical materials and equipment.

Assist in change order evaluations related to time impacts.

Support monthly project reporting and schedule forecasting.

Requirements:

Minimum 6 years of experience in commercial construction project management and scheduling.

Proven expertise with Primavera P6 and scheduling best practices.

Experience performing delay analysis and assessing schedule impacts.

Strong understanding of lead time management and construction sequencing.

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
