We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager with a strong background in project scheduling to lead large-scale commercial construction efforts. The ideal candidate will be highly proficient in Primavera P6, with expertise in delay analysis, managing lead times, and maintaining project timelines from pre-construction through closeout.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and update detailed construction schedules using Primavera P6.
  
  
• Analyze project progress, identify potential delays, and recommend corrective actions.
  
  
• Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure adherence to timelines.
  
  
• Prepare and present schedule impact assessments and delay analyses.
  
  
• Monitor procurement and lead times for critical materials and equipment.
  
  
• Assist in change order evaluations related to time impacts.
  
  
• Support monthly project reporting and schedule forecasting.
  
  

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years of experience in commercial construction project management and scheduling.
  
  
• Proven expertise with Primavera P6 and scheduling best practices.
  
  
• Experience performing delay analysis and assessing schedule impacts.
  
  
• Strong understanding of lead time management and construction sequencing.
  
  
• Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
