The Successful Applicant Proven experience in managing commercial, public, industrial or healthcare construction projects Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and inspire diverse project teams Excellent client-facing communication and relationship-building abilities In-depth knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and financial management for construction projects Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve issues quickly A deep understanding of construction processes, safety protocols, and quality assurance Strong negotiation skills with experience managing contracts and subcontractors A track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards What's on Offer A competitive salary range of around $110,000 to $140,000 yearly, depending on experience.
