Construction Project Manager

What You'll Do
As a Construction Project Manager, you'll oversee all phases of construction-from planning and staffing to execution and closeout. You'll collaborate with field teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead project planning, staffing, and execution across multiple job sites.
- Define project goals, policies, and performance standards to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Partner with superintendents to monitor on-site progress and resolve issues proactively.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and documentation with precision and accountability.
- Oversee procurement, subcontractor negotiations, and change order processes.
- Prepare and lead project meetings, track progress, and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials, resolve invoicing issues, and manage warranty claims.
- Assemble and submit closeout documentation in line with contract requirements.
- 5+ years of experience managing large commercial projects.
- Strong knowledge of architectural, structural, and MEP systems.
- Ability to read blueprints and manage construction assemblies and costs.
- Proficiency in project scheduling, budgeting, and construction software.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (preferred)5
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $43.00 - $53.00/hr.
