Position Overview: As a Project Manager, you’ll play a key role in overseeing commercial construction projects from start to finish. Responsibilities:
Manage projects through all phases from preconstruction to closeout
Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
Oversee scheduling, budgeting, and day-to-day project operations
Communicate regularly with clients and stakeholders to keep projects moving smoothly
Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams
Requirements:
Previous experience in construction project management (commercial or related fields)
Ability to lead teams, communicate effectively, and stay organized
Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on collaboration and results
Familiarity with construction processes, scheduling, and project coordination
A proactive mindset and commitment to delivering successful projects
