Key Responsibilities Lead and manage structural steel projects from planning through completion Ensure on-time delivery, within budget and scope, while meeting quality standards Coordinate project planning, procurement, scheduling, and logistics Review and manage project budgets, cost tracking, and forecasting Interpret and review shop drawings and blueprints Assist with steel erection engineering as needed Oversee team performance, subcontractor coordination, and safety compliance Maintain clear project documentation and regular status reporting
Ideal Candidate Will Have Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Experience with construction drawings and steel fabrication/erection Prior project management or engineering experience in construction Excellent organizational and time management skills Proficiency or familiarity with: Bluebeam Revu Tekla Structures Structural/misc. metals Understanding of job financials and how to apply them to project execution
