Construction Project Manager

CR of Maryland is seeking a driven, detail-oriented Construction Project Manager to oversee our renovation and investment property projects from start to finish. You’ll be responsible for managing flip projects, wholesale renovations, and light rental turnovers, ensuring every job is completed on time, on budget, and with outstanding quality. Responsibilities: • Build initial project budgets and maintain accurate cost tracking throughout each job. • Schedule, coordinate, and manage all subcontractors to meet deadlines. • Oversee daily project progress to ensure work meets quality, price, and timeline standards. • Order materials and coordinate delivery to job sites. • Handle the permitting process, including applications, scheduling, and compliance paperwork. • Identify and resolve project challenges quickly, keeping all stakeholders informed. • Conduct site visits to monitor work quality, safety, and adherence to plans. • Maintain accurate records and updates in Asana, Microsoft Office, and other project tracking tools. Qualifications: Must-Have: • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once. • Track record of delivering projects on time, on budget, and with high quality. • Experience in residential construction, renovation, or related field (flips, wholetails, rentals). • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. • Comfort with technology and project management software (we primarily use Asana). Nice-to-Have: • Prior subcontractor management experience. • Knowledge of local permitting processes. • Experience with budgeting and cost control in construction. Compensation: $70,000 - $90,000+ yearly
