*Construction Project Manager*
This key position will drive the progress of each project from pre-construction thu project closeout by leading and inspiring the Team. Requires a natural leader looking for long-term stability.
*Skills, Knowledge and Personal Characteristics*
High level of self-motivation, creativity and knowledge to continue improve the process we have, as well as the ability to synchronize extremely well with other Team members.
Patience, excellent math and computer skills, “people skills”, attention to detail with accuracy.
Enjoy and take pride in collaborating with Teams.
Locate quality vendors while managing personalities on multiple projects simultaneously.
Great with planning, then execution of the plan.
Vast comprehension of general construction, bidding and coordinating subcontractors.
*Position Requirements*
Successful experience in residential and commercial construction.
Find underlying causes to issues, then effectively implement solutions while preventing these issues from reoccurring.
Maintain calmness under pressure.
Create and contribute to a Team atmosphere.
Knowledge of customer service principles.
Construction Project Management greater than 5 years.
Knowledge of Yardi Voyager and Procore preferred.
*Responsibilities*
Manage project budgets, schedules, contractors and vendors.
Oversee bidding process and providing bid breakdowns for evaluation.
Guide change order process, invoices and billings with support from Team members.
Lead construction meetings.
Coordinate mobilization and project kick-off meetings.
Promote an open communication environment among Superintendents, Engineers, Architects, Clients, other Team Members to ensure project is completed in a safe, efficient manner with the final product being of the highest quality.
