Summary:

Arrowmark LLC is seeking a Superintendent to join our team in our Commercial department. The Superintendent is responsible for day- to- day planning and scheduling of multiple projects. The Superintendent position is a hands-on position and requires a willingness to jump in and help get the job done. Strong leadership skills are necessary to guide a crew. Experience operating equipment is important. The ability to communicate and get along with others is another important element of the Superintendent role.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all aspects of projects from start to finish
Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers
Ensure compliance with project plans and specifications
Monitor and enforce safety protocols and OSHA regulations on-site
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project timelines
Review and interpret blueprints and construction documents
Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and change orders
Provide regular updates on project status and progress

Qualifications:

High School Diploma/GED
5 Years minimum experience in civil construction
2 years in a Superintendent role
Experience operating equipment such as loader, skid steer, blade and scraper, and other equipment
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Stable work history
This is a safety sensitive position that requires a drug screen and basic physical.
Valid AZ driver license and an acceptable MVR.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 50lbs
Bend, walk, and work in adverse weather conditions
Stand, sit, drive and walk for extended periods of time; talk, hear, and see.
