Summary:

Arrowmark LLC is seeking a Superintendent to join our team in our Commercial department. The Superintendent is responsible for day- to- day planning and scheduling of multiple projects. The Superintendent position is a hands-on position and requires a willingness to jump in and help get the job done. Strong leadership skills are necessary to guide a crew. Experience operating equipment is important. The ability to communicate and get along with others is another important element of the Superintendent role.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of projects from start to finish
• Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers
• Ensure compliance with project plans and specifications
• Monitor and enforce safety protocols and OSHA regulations on-site
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project timelines
• Review and interpret blueprints and construction documents
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and change orders
• Provide regular updates on project status and progress

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED
• 5 Years minimum experience in civil construction
• 2 years in a Superintendent role
• Experience operating equipment such as loader, skid steer, blade and scraper, and other equipment
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Stable work history
• This is a safety sensitive position that requires a drug screen and basic physical.
• Valid AZ driver license and an acceptable MVR.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
• Bend, walk, and work in adverse weather conditions
• Stand, sit, drive and walk for extended periods of time; talk, hear, and see.
