Construction Superintendent

Lead on-site construction activities from start to finish, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule compliance.

Oversee subcontractors, suppliers, and trades to maintain efficient workflow and meet project milestones.

Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and clients to address issues and drive progress.

Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with regulations.

Monitor budgets, materials, and resources to avoid delays or overruns.

Maintain detailed daily reports, schedules, and project documentation.

Proactively identify and resolve construction challenges to keep projects on track.
