As a Superintendent, you’ll have the opportunity to: Manage a jobsite working around. Direct the day-to-day coordination of trade contractors and their subcontractors. Develop, document, and communicate the work plan regarding changes made in the field. Act as the primary safety representative in the field. Communicate schedule status, updates, and changes to the Project Team and Trade Contractors. Plan, coordinate, and manage jobsite logistics.
