We are seeking a Construction Superintendent for local commercial construction projects in the Rochester market. The role requires overseeing construction activities as the General Contractor on site. Responsibilities include developing and managing two-week lookaheads and maintaining daily logs. Ensure quality assurance and quality control on the site. Oversee subcontractors with a team size ranging from 5 to 25 individuals. Interact with construction managers and board members. Report to project managers and oversee masonry and shell aspects of the project. Utilize Procore and Smart Sheets (Microsoft Project) for project management.

Essential Skills include experience as a General Contractor with the ability to read full sets of construction plans. Assertiveness in managing subcontractors on-site. Strong forecasting abilities. Understanding of the full scope of construction projects. Additional Skills & Qualifications include OSHA 30 certification.

The work environment is onsite in Rochester, NY. The role involves direct interaction with construction managers and board members, utilizing technologies such as Procore and Smart Sheets. Benefits include four weeks of PTO, a 401K with a 3.5% match after six months, healthcare coverage at 50%, a weekly fuel allowance, a cell phone stipend, and a Microsoft laptop provided.

The pay range for this position is $90,000.00 - $110,000.00/yr.
