A 70+ year-old gen contractor in DFW is seeking an experienced superintendent to lead projects to completion!

About the role
As superintendent, you will be leading the day-to-day execution of all onsite project operations. You will be tasked with directing and leading all trade partners and subcontractors, coordinate with the project manager on the schedule and key milestones, enforce safety best practices, and diagnosing and find quick solutions to any unforeseen field problems as they arise.
Qualifications
10-15 years of lead superintendent experience preferred Project experience in industrial, manufacturing, and cold storage Proficiency in Procore Strong communication and organizational skills Strong safety track record and best practices
Compensation
$100k-$140k base salary $250 weekly truck allowance Profit-sharing bonus based on job-specific metrics and company performance PTO and 401k match
