Compensation: DOE $90,000-$135,000

Requirements: 5+ years experience working as a Superintendent on ground-up commercial, multi-family, hospitality, healthcare or industrial construction projects.

ENR400 Contractor in the greater Phoenix metro is looking to bring on a number of superintendents for ground-up commercial construction projects. We're building more than structures, we're building careers!

Construction Superintendent Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team overseeing schedules, project progress, and resource allocation
Develop cost estimates for labor, materials, supplies, and other project-related expenses
Collaborate with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders to define budgets and timelines
Coordinate delivery of materials and equipment with vendors and suppliers
Create and manage schedules for workers and subcontractors
Hire and assign subcontractors as needed
Maintain a daily log of job site operations and report to management
Adapt operations to meet construction deadlines efficiently
Apply cost-effective and efficient management techniques
