You will be joining an established General Contractor specializing in Multifamily wrap and podium projects. The ideal candidate will have experience as a Lead Superintendent on ground up wood frame multifamily projects in excess of $30MM.

Qualifications Experience leading ground up multifamily wood frame projects in excess of $30MM OSHA 30 certified Procore certified or equivalent experience
