We are a leading concrete contractor specializing in high-quality commercial concrete projects across the Nashville area. Our reputation is built on delivering exceptional results safely, on time, and within budget. We work on a variety of large-scale commercial projects, from foundations and flatwork to structural concrete and more.
We are seeking an experienced and driven Superintendent to oversee all on-site activities for our commercial concrete projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in concrete construction, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to manage crews and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily site operations for commercial concrete projects. Coordinate and manage crews, subcontractors, equipment, and materials. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company standards. Monitor project schedules and budgets, reporting progress to Project Managers. Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets specifications. Resolve on-site issues quickly and effectively to keep projects on track. Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders, including clients, engineers, and suppliers.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in commercial concrete construction, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or superintendent role. Strong knowledge of concrete construction techniques, equipment, and safety practices. Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. OSHA certification preferred. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
