Construction Superintendent

A well-established and thriving construction company based in Wisconsin is currently seeking a seasoned Construction Superintendent to oversee and manage projects from start to finish. This is a leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a deep understanding of construction processes, safety, and team coordination. Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day on-site operations for commercial and/or residential projects Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and equipment Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes Maintain project schedules and budgets Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and crew Conduct site inspections and resolve issues quickly
Requirements:
8+ years of construction experience, with at least 5 years in a supervisory or superintendent role Degree in construction management Strong understanding of blueprints, scheduling software, and jobsite logistics Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills OSHA certification preferred Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to job sites.
